Since 1996, Unibased has focused on the healthcare market, in the area of resource management for large scale providers such as national Integrated Delivery Networks. The primary software product is resource scheduling for hospitals. RMS is supplemented with Patient Access Management System (PAMS) which is the integration of registration, scheduling and a historical customer information file, referred to as Extended Enterprise Master Person Index (E2MPI). Unibased is unique in these offerings not only because of its products’ robust features, but also, because of the functional integration. The integration of customer (patient) search, registration and scheduling at the same desk top offers major cost savings and revenue growth opportunities for healthcare organizations.
