After exiting the hotel parking area, cross over Highway 40 and turn left (East) on South Outer 40 Road. Take South Outer 40 Road (continue straight after the stop light at Timberlake Manor) until you must turn left or right. Turn right, but IMMEDIATELY get into the left turn lane to turn into the parking lot of the Woods Mill Towers Building (a two towered off-white colored building). The north tower is occupied by Union Planters Bank. USA occupies the 3rd floor in the South Tower of the Woods Mill Towers Building.
