Larry B. Grossman
Vice President, Product Management
Mr. Grossman has extensive commercial and healthcare executive management experience. Within the arena of healthcare, his experience includes overall project management and rate of return on investments (ROI) responsibilities.
He has previous experience with Unibased Systems Architecture products and services. Prior to joining Unibased Systems, he was the Director of Systems Development at Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s HealthCare (JHSMH) in Louisville, a multi-facility healthcare provider with managed and owned locations in southern Indiana and north-central Kentucky. He had responsibility for implementation of major systems, including the installation of centralized scheduling and registration with both Resource Management System (RMS) and Perioperative Resource Management System (ORMS).
His experience also includes several other clinical systems, and a major upgrade of the Lawson Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, including the addition of the Human Resources (HR) and payroll modules. In addition, Mr. Grossman was responsible for the entire Information Technology (IT) infrastructure in a 280,000 square foot totally digital outpatient ambulatory facility that provided Electronic Data (ED), surgical, rehab and diagnostic procedures.
Most recently, he led the IT infrastructure implementation in a newly constructed 16-story inpatient rehab facility, the Frazier Rehab and Neuroscience Institute, where in-room patient clinical documentation, medication administration, and integration of television and clinical access were shared on monitors in each patient room.
Prior to Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare (JHSMH), Mr. Grossman served as the Director of Marketing for a major food manufacturer, Fischer Packing Company. As Senior Vice President of Spot Distributing Company, he managed a regional distribution organization and provided valuable research for supply chain management.
Mr. Grossman earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. He was awarded a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisville and a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University (Ohio).
