Mission and Strategic Philosophy

Mission

Unibased is a technology company.  We are proud of our engineering skills.  However, the reality is that our customers are our company.  If we exceed their expectations, enrich their environment, and help them grow by their definition, they will obtain success and we will gain trust and credibility.  Our size will not be important, because we will be appreciated for value received and paid accordingly.  Our shareholders will be pleased.  Our engineering will be recognized.  The cycle will continue and expand.”

Philosophy and Strategic Product Objectives

Unibased intends to be a change agent and make a difference in the software technology and healthcare provider industries through significant contributions.  The company will utilize the most relevant advances and engineering concepts emanating from technological superior computer systems markets such as defense, aerospace and finance, to create high performance, highly reliable, mission critical software applications.  These products and services will be provided at competitive prices, but more importantly, at the actual lowest cost of ownership over the life cycle.  As a result, Unibased intends to:

  • Provide software applications and services of the highest quality, stability and reliability than heretofore experienced in these target markets.

  • Perform R&D at higher productivity levels never before experienced in the software industry.

  • Design integrated applications to include artificial intelligence (AI) which will allow for sophisticated functions to be performed by lower cost labor.

  • Provide highly efficient, ongoing product support.

  • Show the highest levels of interest in customer issues and sensitivity to customer needs, combined with the fastest customer service response in the target market.

  • Develop applications which are impervious to technological obsolescence, in order to expand the normal product life-cycle by factors of four or five.

  • Create and maintain a working environment for the best and the brightest individuals from all industries, utilizing a few highly talented employees vs. a large number of average workers.

  • Partner with certain talented firms which embrace similar concepts and objectives.
