Outsourcing and Temporary Staffing Assistance
Unibased qualified staff is available for temporary staff and multi-year outsourcing services in the areas of access management, scheduling, system support, data center, and call center support.  In many instances, services may be provided on a remote basis.  Staff provided will be certified in product support capability.

Product Training and Certification Services
Unibased recommends product retraining every 2 years, or every 6 product releases.  Where heavy turnover is involved, training and certification is required more often.  Unibased consultants and training experts are available as needed and may be provided on a scheduled, routine basis.

Workflow Productivity Analysis
Unibased professionals are especially adept at improving service patterns and service response through the analysis of demand and usage patterns.  These professionals can provide recommendations for increasing patient volumes while maintaining current staffing levels, improving patient mix, maximizing services for specifically identified services, and more effective staffing allocations.  By changing process, cancellations can be reduced significantly, and abandoned calls can be eliminated.  Patients and physicians can be serviced based upon their desires for times and locations.

With Unibased's utilities, or tools on hand, system engineers can assist you to determine reasons for network outages, hardware inconsistencies, and operating system failures.  In most cases, services may be called upon and provided instantly for emergency remote services on a 24/7 basis.

File Analysis, Conversion, and Merging
Unibased software engineers will provide services for individual facility files, such as an MPI, for data analysis, conversion, and merger to enterprise files.  Analysis will include the elimination of duplicate and redundant data fields.  Data can remain facility-specific within the enterprise file, and systems and processes may be designed for automatic routine file upgrades and additions.

System Interface Services
Utilizing the inventory of Unibased interfacing software, software engineers can provide real-time bi-directional and uni-directional HL7 (or other) interfaces.  Interface engine assistance is available.  Batch file interfaces also may be provided.  Ongoing interface support or trouble shooting is always available as well.  In most cases, effort may be provided remotely for your convenience.

Product Releases
Unibased typically provides as many as 3 significant functional upgrades annually, including completely new modules, new reports, and work saving features.  Also provided are technical infrastructure upgrades, such as the incorporation of new operating systems or Windows release upgrades periodically distributed by 3rd party vendors and standards organizations.  Unibased application specialists and software engineers are available to test, evaluate, and implement the upgrades on location.
