Larry Weigel
Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration

Mr. Weigel joined Unibased Systems Architecture in 1986 as the Manager of Eastern Operations. He was responsible for systems and data center operations for over one hundred businesses and healthcare facilities. Mr. Weigel was appointed Controller in 1991 and is currently responsible for internal accounting and administration.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Weigel was the Product Manager for Financial Systems, Health Care Division for EDS, 1985 through 1986. As Controller and MIS Director for Kent Community Hospital Complex from 1974 through 1985, he selected and implemented their first automated system for a complex, consisting of 16 levels of care. From 1972 through 1974 Mr. Weigel was Financial Reimbursement Consultant and Audit Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand in the Minneapolis/Minnesota Region. Prior to this, as Reimbursement Auditor with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, he implemented the First Medical Review Audit in the country.

Mr. Weigel is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
