David V. White
Vice President, New Product Development
David V. White has over 25 years of experience in the design and development of hospital information systems. As Vice President, New Product Development, Mr. White joined Unibased Systems Architecture in 1992 and is the lead architect of the firm’s award winning healthcare applications.
Prior to joining Unibased Systems, Mr. White was a senior technical consultant with Menlo Business Systems where he advised and implemented solutions for both domestic and international clients, specializing in mission critical client/server applications. Previously, he served as a software development manager for McDonnell Douglas Health Systems Company where he was responsible for general patient care systems and radiology information systems. These systems were installed and operational in over 100 hospitals across the United States and Great Britain. Prior to his information systems career, he was a nuclear medicine technologist working in various hospital settings.
Mr. White is a graduate of Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with graduate work in Computer Science at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Mr. White is a master chess player, having won championships at the national and international level.
